Return and Refund:
- Return here means if the customer does not want to take delivery of the product after placing the order or wants to return it after receiving the delivery.ย Our return and refund policy is very simple and we strive to resolve any product or delivery issue as quickly and easily as possible.ย For this you must remember some rules-

Timing: If you want to return the product, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving the product and 7 days from the invoice date.ย After that, it cannot be returned or exchanged, but yes, if the product has a long-term warranty, then you will get after-sales benefits.ย

Return Item Condition: Any product to be returned must be in original product condition and intact.ย Everything that has been delivered must be returned along with it.ย Returns must be well handled and arrangements must be made so that the parcel reaches us safely.ย

Reason for return: Before making a return, we need to tell you why the customer wants to return the product.ย Free return is applicable in case of wrong product delivery, different color or different size delivery etc.ย However, if the customer changes his mind or wants to return for personal reasons, then a return fee of Tk 200 per parcel will be applicable for delivery charges, packaging, logistics and damage risk.
- Refund: After the return of the product, it will be checked by our team and if everything is fine i.e. in original and salable condition, the refund will be given within 72 hours of receiving the product and checking.ย In this case, the refund will be made through the same mode of payment.
